I love my bike

Rest day,
so I did NOTHING all day.

Go me.

And then I rode my bike down to CrossFit where I met Nicole and rode to the top of UCSC twice. SO MUCH FUN. Oh my gato. She smoked me. She is a stud. It was awesome. I love how many great ladies there are at CF West. I think I rode about 14 miles total (including the ride to and from the Box).

And now it's time for bed.
Here comes 6 A.M.!
