It took me 10:06 to finish, as RX'd.
It took Kyle and Sam probably twice that time
to convince me to actually do it.
I should bake them Paleo muffins.
83# was my previous one rep max on the Clean and Jerk.
Today I did 30 of them.
I'm not gonna lie. It feels pretty damn good.
